At UrbanTrends.Co, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. We use Shiprocket as our trusted logistics partner to ensure smooth and reliable shipping.

1. Order Processing

·         Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

·         Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframes

·         Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally:

o    Metro Cities (India): 2–5 business days

o    Other Locations (India): 4–7 business days

·         Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

·         Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

·         We may offer free shipping on orders above 999/-.

4. Order Tracking

·         Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email from Shiprocket.

·         You can track your order in real-time using this link until it is delivered.

5. Delivery Attempts

·         Shiprocket will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

·         If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you may need to pay for re-shipping.

6. International Shipping

·         Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

·         If enabled, delivery times and charges will vary by destination country. Customs duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

·         If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

·         If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please reach out immediately so we can investigate with Shiprocket.
