## Return Policy
At UrbanTrendsCo. , we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
2. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
3. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
## Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return and images.
2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
3. Package the item securely with all original materials and include the RAN in your package
4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions
## Return Shipping Charges
Please note that a return shipping will be on your side. This 50% amount will be deducted from your refund amount. Return shipping charges will be waived in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Items that significantly differ from their description
## Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:
1. Returns will be inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt at our warehouse
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the item has been received at our shipyard
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
4. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed
## Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products with broken seals, damaged packaging, or signs of use
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and undergarments for hygiene reasons
## Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including any shipping charges.
## Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
